団体信用生命保険 — What is it?
だんたいしんようせいめいほけん
ローン契約者が死亡または高度障害になった場合にローン残債が保険金で完済される保険。「団信」と略される。不動産投資が生命保険代わりになると言われる根拠の一つ。
